Shipping & Timeframes

Processing Time (Made-to-Order)

All MANVISS suits are made-to-order.

Processing time: 7–10 business days
Applies to both standard size and custom size orders
Includes production, tailoring, and quality inspection

👉 Both standard and custom orders follow the same timeline to ensure consistent quality.

Shipping Time & Carriers

Once your order has been completed and passes our quality inspection, it will be shipped from our facility.

Shipping method: Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx)
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Duties & Customs

Most U.S. orders are delivered without additional duties or fees.

However, in some cases:

Customs charges may apply depending on local regulations
Any applicable duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email.

If tracking does not update immediately, please allow a few hours for the carrier system to update

Order Cancellations or Changes

Because each suit enters production quickly:

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled
