Orders & Products
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. We offer both standard sizes and custom sizing. Custom suits are made based on your measurements for a better fit.
Can I return a custom suit?
No. All custom-sized and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, for standard (non-custom) items only. If you received the wrong size or item, please contact us within 48 hours.
How long does it take to make my suit?
Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days. This includes standard and custom orders.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 24 hours after placing the order. Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled.

What if my suit doesn’t fit?
We recommend:
- Minor local tailoring for best results
- Contacting us for size advice before ordering
(Custom items are not eligible for return)

How long does shipping take?
- Production: 7–10 days
- Shipping: 5–10 days (DHL / FedEx)

Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including the U.S.
Will I need to pay customs or duties?
Most U.S. orders do not require additional fees.
However, in rare cases, customs charges may apply.
