Payment Methods

Currently, we exclusively accept PayPal as our secure payment method. You can easily complete your purchase using your PayPal balance, or by securely using any major credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account. We are actively working to integrate more direct payment gateways in the near future.

Payments may be declined or returned to you, at MANVISS’s sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. If we accept a pre-order of any product, your payment mechanism will be charged upon approval by MANVISS, regardless of when your purchase is expected to ship.

If any payment dispute or chargeback of any amount is issued on an order via PayPal, the fulfillment or limited warranty for that order will be paused until the dispute has been fully resolved.

Why has my payment been declined?

If you are having trouble completing your payment via PayPal, declined transactions are typically caused by one or more of the following:

  1. The credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account has expired or has insufficient funds.
  2. The billing address entered at checkout does not match the billing address registered with your PayPal account.
  3. Your PayPal account has been restricted or flagged for security reasons by PayPal's internal system.
  4. The transaction page has timed out, or you left the page before finishing the check-out procedure.

Tax

For US orders:

We collect sales tax within the US according to applicable state laws.

For Canada orders:
  1. Federal Sales Tax: known as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). The GST and HST are administered jointly and commonly referred to as simply GST/HST. Whether GST or HST applies depends on the particular province or territory.
  2. Provincial Sales Tax: known as Provincial Sales Tax (PST), Quebec sales tax (QST), or Retail Sales Tax (RST), depending on the province. Not all provinces have a provincial sales tax regime. Whether PST, RST, or QST applies depends on the particular province.

Refund

Refund Time

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (your PayPal account or the card linked to it), typically within 2-15 business days depending on PayPal's processing times.

Orders

Orders Flagged as Fraud

If your order is flagged by our system or PayPal as a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and to refund your order. If you feel that a cancellation or refund was made by mistake, please contact our customer support.
