We want you to love your look. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make your return or exchange as easy as possible.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, operated by Weilian Xinxi Keji Limited, a Hong Kong registered company.
Return Instructions
Please email your return request to menweisiservice@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return approval. Please do not return items without contacting us first.
- Once approved, ship the item back following our instructions.
- Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.
Simple Process

Note: Items returned without approval may not be accepted. Used or worn items are not eligible for return.
Which items are eligible for return?
To qualify for a general return, merchandise:
- Must be a standard (non-custom) item
- Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include all original packaging and tags
👉 Once approved, you may receive an exchange for another size or item, or store credit.
Custom Orders Policy (Important)
Each custom-sized MANVISS suit is made specifically for you — your fit, your style, your moment.
Because of this:
- Custom-sized, tailored, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable
- These items cannot be resold or restocked
👉 By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
👉 Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

- Sale or discounted items (may not be eligible for refund)
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (standard items only)
- Damaged or defective items
- Incorrect items received
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for eligible standard items.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is caused by us.
Order Cancellations or Changes
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
However, once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Q1: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A1: Yes, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
Q2: How long do I have to initiate a return?
A2: Within 7 days of delivery. For damaged items, contact us within 48 hours.
